In June 2023, Cole Haan partnered with Byrdie Golf Social Wear to launch the limited-edition Coastal Collection, a women's golf footwear line inspired by 1970s country club aesthetics. The collection features two models—the ZERØGRAND Fairway and the ØriginalGrand Shortwing Oxford Golf Shoe—adorned with stripes, seashell prints, and hues of light blue and vivid green contrasted against neutral earth tones. Designed for modern female golfers, these spikeless shoes incorporate Cole Haan's GRANDFØAM™ technology for lightweight comfort. The collaboration pays homage to the grandmothers of Byrdie's founders, who instilled in them a love for the game. Each pair comes with special-edition packaging featuring vintage photographs of the founders' grandmothers, along with matching wooden tees and ball markers adorned with seashell motifs.
